Here at FabRap™ we really believe in offering great customer service. Fast deliveries and great communication, that's what online shopping should be about! If you've got a question, need some advice, not sure where to turn... email us, Facebook us, whatever you're favourite way to communicate is. We love our products and we love our customers even more!
If your order arrives and it's not quite what you expected, simply email us to inform us you would like to return your order.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the date on which you or a third party specified by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (shop@fabrap.co) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached withdrawal form template for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. The withdrawal deadline is deemed to have been met if the notification of exercise of the right of withdrawal is sent prior to expiration of the withdrawal period. Its recommended to use a tracked method to send the product back.

FabRap™ Returns, Untere Bündt 8, 78465 Konstanz GermanyIf you receive an item that's faulty upon delivery then we'll make things even easier by sending you a new item as quickly as possible. Simply email us a picture (email shop@fabrap.co) of the faulty product and we’ll manage the rest.
If you have any other returns or fault issues just drop us an email via our contact page and choose return from the subject and we'll sort it out for you, we're a friendly bunch and we like to look after our customers.
Steps to receiving your refund
All products returned should be in original condition. The FabRap™ product envelope that you have received along with the product is also part of the product and should be returned with the FabRap itself. Please kindly return the FabRap including the envelope when returning the product to us.
A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase.
Certain situations where partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@fabrap.co
